25/05/2007 - Testing True Combat: Elite mod

Ok, maybe someone noticed we're testing the TC:Elite mod on the former JayMod server. TC:Elite is a total conversion. All the ET graphics and maps are replaced by new graphics, uniforms, maps, weapons, sounds and whatever else.

While it is theoretically possible to download all the needed files in game, it is strongly recommended to download and install the mod *before* connecting to the server (the total size of needed files is nearly 450 Mb).

The TCE homesite provides an useful Windows install package, that allows to automatically install the mod on your system.

Whoever is intersted in trying that mod, please go to the TCE Downloads and download the install package from there. Good luck x:
