28/03/2007 - A few changes

We decided to diversify the two main servers (Clan NQ and NoQuarter) a bit more. Most admin privileges used for abusing have been removed from the NoQuarter server commands set.

All of the commands that was used for abusing and annoying playershave been removed: mute, pip/pop, shuffle, slap, burn, warn, restart, swap, pause/unpause, cancelvote, poison, kick, passvote, rename, nextmap, glow, pants, lock/unlock, resetxp, freeze/unfreeze have been stripped, only higher levels do retain some powers, anyhow even the Law Enforcer level has been deprivated of the most annoying commands, such as !disguise and !vitamine.

From now on, the NoQuarter server is meant to be abuse-free, while Clan NQ is meant to be more fun oriented. The other 2 servers are in the middle.

Hope our players do agree these changes, we encourage everyone to discuss about this subject in our forum.
