04/03/2007 - Goodbye Frontline :D

We switched the Frontline server to ETPub mod. Frontline mod is somewhat cool, but it has a bit too many issues, so it runs now on the good old ETPub mod.

Frontline has a cool gameplay, unfortunately it doesn't have XP save ability, it has limited admin possibilities, and it was even randomly crashing the server, so we gave up.

ETPub is a server side only modification, it has no big shiny guns like NoQuarter or other mods, but it has some cool features, it doesn't require to download additional PK3s and it's robustly coded and stable.
Plus, I'm somewhat fond of that mod, because it's the mod I ran my first ET server with.
