Due to the enormous success of the No Quarter mod server, I've moved 5 more slots from the regular server to the NQ one.

Due to the enormous success of the No Quarter mod server, I've moved 3 more slots from the regular server to the NQ one.
The situaion is therefore as follows:
- PDP ClanServer: 22 public slots
- PDP No Quarter: 20 public slots
