24/10/2006 - We have scrim server

We just bought a scrimmage server today. It is a 10 slot server running default ET maps. It is located in Dallas like out Clan Server.

Name is -=PDP=-ScrimServer, and IP is 209.246.142.153:27960 (click to check status)

Main features are:

• 10 slots private (password protected)
• ETPub mod
• No XP save
• Punkbuster enabled
• No overpowered weapons
• Default ET maps only (oasis, battery, gold rush, radar, railgun, fuel dump) with lowered time limits (and spawn times in some cases).
• Admin levels are only available for clan members

All PDP members will get the server password, they can use the server for training or fun.

Note also:

• on the scrim server, clan members do have same admin level they have on the regular server. Non clan members don't have level at all, nor gotta have.
• the !setlevel command is only available to level 8 admins.
• g_tiranny is off, it means that the !rename, !gib, !slap, !burn, !lol, !pip, !pop, !fling, !launch, !throw, !disorient, !orient, !resetxp commands aren't available at all (not even to level 8 admins).
• PunkBuster is permanently enabled.

The server settings are strict on purpose, to ensure a fair gameplay and prevent any form of cheating and abuse.
